How Oceaneleen starts

The best thing about Aceson is Oceaeleen ocean and coastline clean-up operations begin almost immediately. The Aceson program is designed with a step by step process to develop Oceaneleen as well as the other three programs into sustainable operation with very little effort.

Oceaneleen depends upon the sales meeting the first bond sales target, obviously if no bonds sell operations cannot sell. Every person is thereby obliged, in a way, to buy bonds, since they have a duty of care over what happens. Briggs recommends at least 10% of your available investment capital is invested in Aceson Corporate Bonds as a result. This has the dual benefit of ensuring your savings and assets are better diversified and placed in the safe investment of Aceson.

Oceaneleen services may begin with capital below the forecast base-fund target of 700 bonds if Briggs feels comfortable with the capital: recall the budget has large redundancies for unexpected costs and design oversights. The aim has been to sell 700 bonds to provide adequate capital for a years services without further bond sales for whatever reason - there is thereby sufficient margin for error if Oceaneleen services start with less than the Base-fund target, since bonds are more likely to sell after operations have started.

The first operations will begin only 1-2 months of receipt of sufficient bond capital. The first base fund target provides Oceaneleen services to the Wollongong, Sydney, Gosford and Newcastle regions, and later services in Los Angeles, California, in the United States.

To achieve the first objectives two area managers will compete using internal employees versus subcontracted employees. One area manager will be in charge of Wollongong and Sydney services, the other will be in charge of the Central Coast and Hunter region services.

This system will find the best ways of performing Oceaneleen duties at minimal cost and maximum result. Obviously services will be monitored to ensure the results are not bias on any employee performance advantage. Once the operations have been proven for a sufficient time, Los Angeles services will commence.

Global litter removal starts with these first employees assembling and developing the infrastructure. The employees will produce training manuals for global operations, as well as supervise actual services.

This is not a complicated process; it is system used on a daily occurrence in other businesses.

Plan of action summary*

Oceaneleen quick reference schematics (note: for simplicity this description excludes Aceson’s other three programs, the FXG Vancoollins and two Shaneen airliners start up information).
(*Timeline and intensity depends upon the speed of contributions. Some points may begin out of order).
  • Raise capital to attain the initial Base-fund target of $3.5 million Australian from bond sales via media marketing and other means
  • Commence the first Oceaneleen services between Wollongong and Newcastle to test strategies for widespread implementation.
  • Establish an initial primary business site, outfit it and recruit various staff for all programs.
  • Recruit instructors and engineers:  to develop training dossiers and systems.
  • Find the hotspots of litter pollution: where the first post-Base-fund capital will be spent begining Oceaneleen services.
  • Once services are established and results are clear begin operations in Los Angeles, California: probably from Australia.
  • Prove services and use the operations for marketing if required

  • Continue to refine services for greater efficiency
  • Continue Oceaneleen expansion and development as more bonds sell
