What Briggs is. 

Briggs is owned and run by a social entrepreneur who identified two severe environmental situations in the world, and has designed and developed enterprises to overcome the shortfalls from government or other situations.

Aceson cleans the world's oceans and coastlines of rubbish and litter. Aceson II will clean up all the world's rivers and streams: both repaying bond buyers 10% interest until repaid. Briggs programmes also renew aerospace infrastructure, which has been in regression since the late 1960s.
 
Briggs began as an aerospace designer aircraft, an industry allowing the capital for social entrepreneurial ventures. The incentives of the environmental programs allow capital to be raised for programs, transcending the difficulties to overcome the shortfalls in government expenditures in the aerospace industry. The programs co-exist in a way making money for the social enterprises: people make money saving the environment at a large scale.

Aceson, and soon Aceson II, are set to show the world what we can do, collectively.
